Tasting note

This cuvée has evolved over the years to contain lower levels of dosage. A very drinkable Rosé Champagne!

Food pairing

This wine matches beautifully with fish and seafood, anything from grilled squid, fish and even a creamy scallop risotto with a variety of grilled dishes but also curry dishes.

About the producer

The Fleury estate was founded 1895 in Courteron in the heart of southern Champagne in the Côte des Bar. The domaine is situated among the clay-limestone
hillsides formed in the Kimmeridgian period by the first tributaries of the Seine. The Source of the River Seine begins 70 km upstream, towards Saint-Seine-l’Abbaye.
The family’s passion for viticulture has been fuelled by Biodynamic principles, sitting on 15 hectares of land, which is comprised of 85% Pinot Noir and 10%
Chardonnay; the remainder is split between Pinot Blanc (a historical variety in Champagne), Pinot Gris (replanted in 2010) and Pinot Meunier. The oldest vines were
planted in 1970, and every year new ones are replanted to preserve the quality and vitality of our vineyard.
