Return policy

Our 30 Day Return Policy:

If you don’t like any wine that you have purchased from us you are permitted to return any un-opened bottles within a month of delivery and we shall refund your money (excluding any collection/delivery and warehouse re-landing charges). This applies to all United Kingdom customers

To return a purchase, please email (referencing your original order number) – to discuss the matter and arrange a convenient collection or to organise your own delivery (customers will have to cover delivery fee).

Returned goods must be in the condition they were delivered in: labels, foil, cork/screw cap (as per original untampered seal) and covering intact. When posting returns, suitable packaging must be used to ensure safe delivery. Any goods returned damaged will not be refunded. We suggest you retain your original delivery packing for this purpose.

Please note if you do return your order your loyalty points will also be deducted from your loyalty account for that purchase

In the event of product returns, refunds will be at the discounted price (not including delivery). The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items, if the offer is still valid at the time of making a return – you should place a new order using the original promotional code. In the event of any returns meaning that the order no longer qualifies for the promotion advertised, adVINture reserves the right to deduct the value of the offer from the refund.
