About the wine
A rosé obtained by only direct pressing. Vinification in demi-muids (10 %) and stainless steel tank (90 %), fermentation with neutral selected yeasts.
The nose is fresh and evocative of acid drop candies and grapefruit. A fresh, well-defined structure lends this wine remarkable length.
This rosé may be served as an aperitif, with Japanese food, or even with a strawberry tart.
