About the wine
All grapes are hand-picked into 18kg cases. In the winery, whole bunch press, cold settling, fermented 40% inox - 60% neutral oak barrels, bâtonnage.
Yellow citrus color, fresh aroma with citrus and mineral notes. In the mouth it is silky with fantastic acidity, making the wine very firm.
Serve with white meats from the oven, roasted fish, and soufflés.
