About the wine
Sourced from a 2 hectare vineyard of 32 year old Viura vines. Pre-fermentation skin maceration in stainless steel tanks for 7-9 days with no sulphur added. Fermented cool at 13°C with indigenous yeasts then aged on its lees for a minimum of 10 months. Lightly fined with bentonite.
Clean and very bright lemon yellow straw color, on the nose it presents notes of white stone fruit (yellow peach) and pipe (lemon pear, melon and golden apple) on a background of white flowers (orange blossom, lemon), with aeration appear subtle citrus notes and its floweriness is enhanced. In the mouth it is unctuous but fresh, with a long drink, the fruity and floral notes leave a balsamic memory in the retro taste, long and pleasant wine,
