Gonzalez Byass Una Palma Fino has a lemony freshness, but is fuller-bodied than the Tio Pepe En Rama releases.
Tres Palmas hows an old gold colour with greenish hints that reveals its old age making way to oxidative and penetrating touches where the oak can be perceived strongly. Its palate is sapid and lingering with a salty and creamy aftertaste.
González-Byass is one of the most iconic estates in Jerez, producing some of the region’s finest wines for over 175 years. The wine for Una Palma was selected from rare casks which retained a delicate covering of flor despite being more than six years old. Bottled unfiltered and unclarified this wine is dominated by the aroma of the flor, accompanied by the nutty character of the Palomino variety. Powerful and extremely dry on the mouth with a salty and slightly bitter finish.
