About the wine
100% Organic (certification on progress). Grounds are ploughed under the vine stock. A natural cover planting is hold in every rows. In order to encourage the development of life in our grounds, we only use mineral essences sometimes associated with herbs and plants preparation. Slow pressing. Cold fermentation with only native yeast. Aged in oak barrel (400 liters) during 11 months then in tank for a year. Light filtration just before the bottling (generally beginning of September, in november for this vintage, 2 years after the harvest).
Dry white wine offering a golden colour with emerald. Very unique bouquet mixing acacia flower and brioche notes. The mouth is complex and rich with a beautiful finish on almonds notes.
