The Domaine de Cabrials takes its name from the nearby brook Cabrials. It is based in a castle located on the hills of an ancient terroir of clay and chalk, to the east
of Béziers, close to the Mediterranean seaside.
The Julien family, 5 generations of vine-growers and wine producers, have run the estate since the 90’s. Current owner and wine maker, Bernard Julien renewed and
developed Cabrials’s vineyard, covering about 60 hectares with various varieties including Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Syrah, Pinot Noir allowing him to produce high quality wines. His vine-growing methods follow the High Environmental Value ( HVE ) agriculture’s recommendations. The wines are vinified with the greatest care, in order to preserve the aromas’ freshness, meaning the red wines here are excellent, very rich and concentrated, offering natural potential allowing long aging.
