Description
Clay/ chalk soils at an altitude of 380 metres. Gentle slopes facing north-west. Vines aged between 25 & 55 yrs. Cuvée can be single or a multi-vintage. Manually harvested with 90% partially de-stemmed & crushed. Vinification lasts 2 to 4 weeks in temperature-controlled tanks. Elevage in cement tanks (80%) & foudre (20%). Unfined and unfiltered.
Tasting note
Superb garnet color, the nose reveals a cherry bouquet a pleasant liveliness in the mouth, no need to be thirsty to drink.
