Manual harvest after multiple sorting of botrytised grapes and fermentation in indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats. Aging for 24 months in oak barrels
Deep, golden yellow color with green reflections, evolving on old gold with amber reflections. Intense and complex nose of acacia honey associated with floral aromas of lemongrass and candied fruits (pineapple, apricot, quince). Round and full on the palate, sometimes smooth but always balanced by a frank and refreshing liveliness.
